Dear Home buyers, be careful when buying property near Rajkaluve layout and apartments.Because many case builders get BBMP Sanctioned plan with proper bufferzone demarkation and that space is shown in the approved drawing as landscape or garden area purpose. When the builders distribute the site plan pamplets and plot plan brochure they show car parking,sports ground and other amenities in the bufferzone and which will be actually constructed on the site. This completely violates NGT and rajakluve rules In that case BBMP has authority to demolish this illegal amenity structure

I have not given any services to this Santosh reddy. this person is actually given misguided comment in the month of August on my youtube video of rajakaluve bufferzone video where he was mentioning rajakaluve bufferzones are not amended. now the Government already issued State gazette(rajyapatra) no UDD 468 MNJ 2025(E) where the bufferzone is reduced to 15mtr for primary drain and i have created videos for the same. Caution for home buyers who wants buy land&home on lake and Rajkaluve bufferzone without verification. Hust 3 days ago demolition drive carried out by BBMP near enchroached houses on Rayasandra Lake near Srirampura.it were telecaasted on local news channel, around 6 to 10 homes were demolished by JCB machine which are on lake bufferzone.

We have recently purchased a residential site near Gottigere, Bangalore. Our plot is situated adjacent to a Secondary Nala (storm water drain), which is located directly behind our property. We understand that earlier BBMP regulations mandated a minimum setback of 15 meters from the centre of a Secondary Nala. However, we have come across recent news that the government has revised the setback norms and reduced the minimum required distance to 5 meters from the center of the drain. Always refer Village map to verify rajakaluve enchrochment becuase dishank app shows Primary and some secondary storm drain rajakaluve but doesn't have details on tertiary storm drain. this is actually drawback of dishank app which some builders and property brokers are utilising to sale rajakaluve enchroachment site. If Rajakaluve is so important to the govt who gave permission to build all these flats and corporate companies along the ORR in Bellandur and Devrabeesanahalli? If BBMP and Rajakaluve boards or different it is up to them to knock each others off. Sounds simply like a scam from revenue department. Eventually everything will end up in bribes and fines. No wonder “revenue” department is driving this.
